    Image Guidelines

    • Full body shots that show the front of the item are best. Try not to cover the product with your arms or lots of accessories.

    • Photos with partial nudity or lewd gestures may be edited because my family visits the site and I don’t want to deal.

    • Minimum dimensions: 300 x 300 pixels

    • Recommended Maximum size: 1MB

    • File Format: .PNG or .JPG are best

    • Limit of 1 image per form submission

    If you're giving us permission to post what size you wear, why not go the extra mile? Provide your measurements (in inches please) for publication and we'll upgrade you to a level 3 credit. (To qualify, permission must be granted for size as well.)

    By clicking the submit button on this page you are granting Valkyrie Apparel the rights to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish your image for marketing/advertising of Valkyrie Apparel's website and products. You also consent to the use of you image for printed matter. You hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

    What happens next

    Once we process your submission I will contact you to confirm whether or not the photo qualifies. You can resubmit as often as necessary. Once you qualify we will to send you the aforementioned gift card via email. Additionally, we will not transfer the rights to your photo to any other parties nor will we release your name or contact information to any third parties. We will only publish your size and measurements if you have clicked the positive answer above.
